Although my time in the program has been short in comparison to others, the program itself has had a tremendous impact on various aspects in my life. Because of this program, I have been able to help myself and family members beware of dangerous relationships. Not only that, but I have been privileged to spread knowledge of such dangers to other students, and have seen how surprised they were upon finding out more about abuse in relationships.  It has become so common to literally fight and shed blood and tears within relationships; many still don't know that that shouldn't be happening. That tears of pain aren't what love is. Love shouldn't hurt. Because of KNOW MORE, we have possibly changed the lives of hundreds. Having such a program in place within high schools especially is absolutely crucial if the well being of students is a true concern of faculty.
